Tax Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing tax analysis, advisory, and compliance services to a diverse range of clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Corporate Tax projects, including acquisitions, mergers, and succession planning.
- Provide VAT and R&D tax advice, as well as restructuring advice.
- Review and complete tax returns, and offer clients enhanced knowledge and advice on tax efficiencies.
- Take full responsibility for client work, from initiation to billing, and mentor junior team members.
- Proactively identify opportunities for the firm and clients, and present and discuss them at Partner level.
This Tax Manager position is based within a highly regarded firm of accountants that provides a tailored service, adopting a client-centric approach. By building trusted and long-lasting relationships, our experienced team supports a diverse and loyal client portfolio.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious tax accountant, qualified to ACA, ACCA, CA & CTA level or qualified by relevant experience, with significant tax and corporate tax experience. If you are a confident, technically excellent, and motivated tax professional who is eager to learn from an experienced team, this role will suit you.
