The Worcestershire County Council Area Team is seeking skilled professionals to join our well-established team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults throughout the life course who require care and support as a result of physical disability and mental/physical ill health.


Our ideal candidate will have a positive approach and experience with complex cases and situations. The role requires a high level of skill in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Extensive knowledge of the Care Act, and the Mental Capacity Act is essential.


The team fosters a positive team culture and learning environment. Ongoing training, professional development opportunities, monthly supervision, and a warm, supportive working environment are offered.
