About the Role

The University of Gloucestershire is seeking a dedicated and experienced Guidance Counsellor to join our International Student Services team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in providing specialist advice and support to international students, ensuring they have a positive and successful experience at the university.

Key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining guidance and resources specifically pertaining to international student advice and support, providing detailed advice to staff and students on Student Route immigration rules and university regulations, and contributing to a positive and supportive university environment.

About the Department

The International Student Services team is responsible for providing comprehensive support services to international students, including application enquiries, visa and immigration advice, enrolment and induction support, and ongoing international student advice. The team is committed to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive community where every student feels valued and empowered.
