Care Assistant - Bank
About the Role:
As a Care Assistant at Runwood Homes, you will play a vital role in providing personal care, companionship, and friendship to our elderly residents, many of whom are living with dementia.
You will work in a safe and caring environment, promoting independence and dignity. Our home encourages involvement in a range of fun activities, providing opportunities for our residents to engage and socialize.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks
- Engage with residents, promoting social interaction and companionship
- Support residents to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their well-being
Requirements:
- No experience is necessary, as full training and support will be provided
- QCF/NVQ 1 or 2 in Health and Social Care preferred or a willingness to work towards this
