About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Well Intervention Instructor to join our team. As a Lead Well Intervention Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering courses and training programs to clients in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver courses and training programs to clients in the oil and gas industry
  • Support customers during course delivery and provide technical guidance and coaching
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Participate in standardization and continuing professional development events
  • Provide support to trainee and existing instructors and assessors
  • Support department growth through technical input to new courses and training standards
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety, and the Environment
  • Apply company and client HSE policies and procedures
  • Maintain and adhere to company quality and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Level 3 teacher training and assessor's award
  • Assessor Award
  • Experience with Drilling System simulators an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of Well Intervention and Drilling Systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
