Front of House Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the general operations of a brand-new luxury building in Leatherhead. This is a full-time 40hr week position that includes working alternative Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team to deliver an exceptional service to residents
  • Ensure the building is safe and compliant at all times
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies
  • Drive rentals to maximum capacity through effective lettings strategies
  • Plan and deliver events to engage with the local community
  • Manage expenses within budget
  • Deal with escalated complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Liaise with other areas of the business as required

Requirements:

  • ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in managing a team effectively
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of building compliance, H&S, and general maintenance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Proactivity and ability to use your own initiative
