Lime People Search & Select Ltd is seeking a skilled Pensions and Retirement Planning Paraplanner to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our Paraplanning team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our financial advisers in the delivery of pensions and retirement planning services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough financial research and analysis using tools such as Selectapension and FE Analytics to provide accurate and comprehensive financial reports.
- Prepare and review financial reports using Genovo report writing software to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with our admin team to gather missing information and assist with business submissions as needed.
- Utilize Intelliflo back office system for client management and record-keeping to ensure seamless communication and data management.
- Analyze and provide recommendations for various investment vehicles, including ISAs and general investment accounts, to support our clients' financial goals.
- Challenging advisers on file notes or recommendation proposals that appear unsuitable to ensure the highest standards of advice.
- Communicate with our compliance team regarding any concerns about advice suitability to maintain the highest standards of compliance.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in Paraplanning with strong skills in Pensions and Retirement Planning.
- Strong knowledge of UK Pension products and regulations.
- Proficiency in using systems such as Intelliflow, FE Analytics, and Genovo.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Hybrid working options available with some time spent in our Sheffield offices.
