About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial research and analysis using industry-standard tools such as Selectapension and FE Analytics.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports using Genovo report writing software.
  • Review and verify information provided by administrative staff for accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with the administrative team to gather missing information and assist with business submissions when necessary.
  • Utilize Intelliflo back office system for client management and record-keeping.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations for various investment vehicles, including ISAs and general investment accounts.
  • Challenge advisers on file notes or recommendation proposals that appear unsuitable.
  • Communicate with the compliance team regarding any concerns about advice suitability.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in Paraplanning with strong skills in Pensions and Retirement Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Pension products and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using systems such as Intelliflow, FE Analytics, and Genovo.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with some time spent in the office and some time working remotely.
