Commercial Strategy and Growth Manager

This is a leadership role that involves defining, directing, and leading a commercial strategy to balance risk to the business with opportunities for income generation. The successful candidate will manage relationships with subcontractors and third parties, negotiate contracts, and make recommendations as required.
They will also anticipate future market developments by conducting market research and analysis, creating detailed business plans, and identifying potential risks or threats. Additionally, they will oversee the preparation and authorisation of land purchase construction budgets and project completion analysis.
Another key responsibility will be to take steps to identify and manage risks commercially and otherwise. The successful candidate will actively support land bid submissions throughout the business unit and collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive basic salary and annual bonus, we offer a company car or allowance, private medical insurance, and numerous benefits including up to 33 days annual leave, enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave, and a pension scheme.
