We are recruiting a Graduate Management Trainee to join our Operations team at Scottish Water, where you will work closely with experienced professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As part of our 2-year graduate programme, you will gain valuable experience in customer service, operations, and leadership development.

With a starting salary of £29,000, you will be employed on a permanent contract from day one. Throughout the programme, you will receive dedicated training and mentorship, helping you to build a strong foundation for your future career. You will also enjoy 38 days of holiday every year, including public holidays, and have the opportunity to volunteer in your community.

In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the delivery of essential services and infrastructure that help Scotland flourish every day. You will work on impactful initiatives, streamlining service scheduling and enhancing engagement processes. You will refine your abilities in project management, coaching, leadership, and analytics, making a tangible difference at the core of Scottish Water's customer services.

We are looking for individuals who have graduated within the last three years (or be on track to graduate next summer) with a minimum of a 2:2 classification. If you are passionate about operations and customer experience, we encourage you to apply.
