Job Overview:
As a Clinical Research Coordinator II (CRC II) at Yale University, you will play a critical role in providing research services to patients participating in clinical trials within the Yale Cancer Center Clinical Trials Office (CTO). Your key responsibilities will include overseeing, planning, tracking, and ensuring that the clinical activities for study participants are conducted in accordance with approved protocols.

About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Research Coordinator II to join our team. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline or other related field and two years of clinical research experience. A minimum of one year of experience in clinical trials coordination is required. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee the planning and execution of clinical trials
* Ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies
* Coordinate with investigators and research managers to prepare and execute corrective and preventative action plans
* Collaborate with the Quality Education Unit to contribute to the design of CRC trainings and continuing education
* Participate in interim monitoring visits, internal audits, and external audits/inspections
* Monitor and communicate federal and state regulations, and local policies for new guidance, updates, or policies
