Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the growing Platform Characterisation team at PragmatIC. This team is responsible for device level characterisation during the development of new technology, generation of compact models and reporting of this data in external documentation and compact models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead role in the development and execution of characterisation plans to support new technology development
  • Creation, QA and maintenance of compact model libraries
  • Analyse, document and summarise device level data to a variety of stakeholders including senior leadership and external customers
  • Interface between R&D, Operations and Test Development teams
  • Development and execution of compact model and characterisation roadmap
  • Day to day line management of the Platform Characterisation team, task assignment, prioritisation, learning & development

Requirements

  • Degree (Maths, Engineering, Computing) or equivalent experience. PhD preferable
  • Significant years of experience in a device level characterisation or compact model development role
  • Demonstrable high quality of written and oral documentation, experience in presenting to senior management
  • Semiconductor device physics, electrical measurement techniques
  • Compact Model development cycle understanding
  • Working in and with interdisciplinary teams
