About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled part-time Administrator to join our team at Stafford Mental Health Supported Living Service. The service provides high-quality supported housing to guests with a history of homelessness, mental ill-health, and substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a variety of housing management and health and safety tasks relating to the sustainment of guests' licenses within the service.
  • Utilize excellent organization skills and multitasking abilities to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Develop strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Contribute to a positive framework to support the service, demonstrating maturity and a proactive approach.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the mental health sector is desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills to manage a varied workload.
  • Compassionate, proactive, and professional individuals who are highly motivated and hardworking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with other professionals and departments.
