We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd.
About the Role:
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide support to children with additional learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with challenging behaviour
- Assist in developing and implementing behaviour support plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure a positive learning environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working with children with additional learning needs
- Knowledge of behaviour support strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
