About the Role

CFS Care Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Leaving Care Service. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 16+ with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to young people.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Service Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
  • Conduct regular supervision and performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting their performance targets.
  • Provide on-call support to the team and young people as needed.
  • Manage budgets and finances to ensure the service is operating within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.
