Key Responsibilities- Lead a global team of 35 and standardize processes globally to ensure a consistent experience for all employees when using any/all IT Services.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, upskill, and gain buy-in from the 1st Line to Architecture.
- Manage a hybrid working environment with 3 days on-site and 2 days from home.
- Good people management skills and strong communication skills.
- Strong IT Operations understanding and experience of managing a global/remote team.
- Comfortable enacting large change without losing buy-in from the team.
- Ability to commute to Bath 3 days a week.
