About the Role

We are looking for a talented Fundraising Operations Manager to join our team at CHM. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our fundraising strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of fundraising principles and practices, with experience in managing fundraising campaigns and events. You will be responsible for identifying new funding opportunities, building relationships with donors, and analyzing data to inform fundraising decisions.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,199 per annum, plus benefits, including 38 days paid annual leave, smart working options, and access to a GP virtually 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
