**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering the charity's fundraising strategy, managing fundraising campaigns, coordinating events, and building relationships with stakeholders and supporters.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver the charity's fundraising strategy in partnership with the Charity Leader and Senior Management Team.
  • Manage fundraising campaigns, coordinate events, and develop donor relationships to support the charity mission.
  • Work closely with the Head of Finance & Corporate Services to achieve fundraising goals.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level with at least 2 years of fundraising experience, or 3 years of fundraising experience with 5 GCSEs (grades A-C) including Maths and English.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering successful fundraising events and campaigns, raising at least £100k per annum.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a wide range of audiences.
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills, including experience with CRM databases (preferably Raiser's Edge NXT) and Microsoft Office.
