Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in various Primary schools in Sandwell, supporting the education and development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to children aged 3-5 years old
- Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
- Assist with the management of the classroom and resources
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the overall education and well-being of the children
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a school setting, preferably in an Early Years role
- Strong behaviour management skills and ability to work with challenging behaviour
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training or willingness to undertake
- Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate or willingness to process a new application
- Two professional child-related references
