**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Cloud Performance Optimization Specialist to strengthen our capacity to identify and resolve potential performance bottlenecks, and ensure optimal performance across all our systems. As a key member of our team, you'll be applying your expertise in black box testing and load testing to ensure our systems are not only robust but also scalable to meet future demands.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Leverage APM tools to monitor real-time system performance and preemptively address potential issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies for system enhancements, focusing on improving performance and reducing latency.
  • Lead efforts in capacity planning to ensure our infrastructure meets current and future operational demands efficiently.
  • Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to align performance goals with business objectives and customer needs.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive experience in performance testing and optimization, particularly within cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with APM tools, DataDog preferably.
  • Experience with Python, and Locust for load testing.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and report on findings and recommendations.

**Interview Process**

The interview process will consist of 3 rounds: a 30-minute intro chat, a technical round, and a final culture-fit round.
