Exciting Opportunities for Registered Children's Home Managers

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to oversee EBD therapeutic sites and residential learning disabilities children's homes in the Derby area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of EBD therapeutic sites and residential learning disabilities children's homes
  • Lead and manage staff teams to achieve Good Ofsted results
  • Develop and implement effective therapeutic programs for children and young people
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services, Children and Young People's Residential Management
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential childcare, child protection, and therapeutic or learning disability services
  • Proven track record of achieving Good Ofsted results and leading staff teams
