About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global MACH Dev Lead to join our team at State Street. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the global development of the Mach system, a large-scale global mesh-based platform that trades on a follow-the-sun basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of the Mach system, ensuring exceptional coding skills, a full-stack mentality, and in-depth knowledge of high-performance computing.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to coordinate releases and manage time pressures.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of automated trading, FX Spot, Swap, and NDF trading.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, explaining results and driving business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in algorithmic trading, preferably at a bank or hedge fund.
  • 5+ years of experience leading an algorithmic trading team.
  • Proven track record of leading a multi-regional team and delivering high-performance computing solutions.
  • Strong communicator with a Bachelor of Science degree or similar.
