We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the global development of our Mach system, a large-scale automated trading platform that trades on a follow-the-sun basis.

About the Role

As the eFX Global Mach Dev Lead, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the Mach system, ensuring its high performance, scalability, and reliability. You will lead a multi-regional team of developers and work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize development tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Mach system, ensuring its high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Manage a multi-regional team of developers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize development tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement high-performance computing solutions to optimize trading performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in algorithmic trading, with a minimum of 5 years leading an algorithmic trading team.
  • Proven track record of leading a multi-regional team and developing high-performance computing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of FX Spot, Swap, and NDF trading, as well as automated trading platforms.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
