Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Obtain and verify documentation, identification, and mortgage offers as required.
- Prepare completion packs for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices.
- Assist with post-exchange matters as directed by the team.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a legal administrative or secretarial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
