Clinical Excellence and Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Quality and Audit Lead to join our team at a state-of-the-art neurological centre. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the wellbeing and interests of all service users, employees, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-profile, visible clinical leadership to the team at the centre
- Complete clinical audits within the service to support the site in becoming the best it can be
- Lead a Continuous Improvement plan at the site in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
- Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the centre meets the highest standards of care and quality
Requirements:
- Registered practitioner with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Excellent understanding of audit standards and clinical governance
- Experience in undertaking clinical audit activities and developing quality assurance processes
- Ability to use a variety of IT systems and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
