We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Efficient Service Delivery as part of our ESD Joint Venture.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the selection of the best Supply Chain partners with the support of the Commercial Team.
- Discharge all pre-commencement and regulatory requirements prior to work commencing.
- Plan and prepare for delivery of the Scheme throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take ownership of risk & opportunities in conjunction with the Risk Manager.
- Lead the Commercial Team to manage costs, and maximise cash flow and profitability, capturing any changes in the project.
- Take ownership for the delivery and quality of work to the required standards.
- Engage with the Performance Team to ensure all CPF/BSC scoring is completed and evidenced.
- Manage, monitor and review direct reports and team performances, providing encouragement and discipline as and when necessary.
- Promote a positive safety, quality and FREDIE culture.
- Proven experience in successfully managing multiple teams contributing to their professional development.
- First class project management capabilities able to showcase a track record of delivering to client's expectations.
- Expertise in developing a performance culture.
