About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Efficient Service Delivery as part of our ESD Joint Venture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the selection of the best Supply Chain partners with the support of the Commercial Team.
  • Discharge all pre-commencement and regulatory requirements prior to work commencing.
  • Plan and prepare for delivery of the Scheme throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Take ownership of risk & opportunities in conjunction with the Risk Manager.
  • Lead the Commercial Team to manage costs, and maximise cash flow and profitability, capturing any changes in the project.
  • Take ownership for the delivery and quality of work to the required standards.
  • Engage with the Performance Team to ensure all CPF/BSC scoring is completed and evidenced.
  • Manage, monitor and review direct reports and team performances, providing encouragement and discipline as and when necessary.
  • Promote a positive safety, quality and FREDIE culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in successfully managing multiple teams contributing to their professional development.
  • First class project management capabilities able to showcase a track record of delivering to client's expectations.
  • Expertise in developing a performance culture.
