Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the project focal point, providing leadership and guidance to project team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with Petrofac's project management process.
  • Coordinate and manage project activities, including resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Petrofac's project execution plan and relevant industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and commissioning, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project updates, action registers, and risk registers.
  • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project sponsors and senior management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of projects within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Support the management of change process, ensuring that all changes are properly assessed, approved, and implemented.
  • Play an active role in supporting Petrofac's drive to digitally enhance delivery methods.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including P6, MS Project, and Asana.
  • Strong understanding of Petrofac's project management process and relevant industry standards.
