About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Programme Coordinator to join our Education Services team at West Berkshire Council. As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the DBV Programme Manager and SEND Strategy Officer in writing project documentation, maintaining project management documents, and providing administrative support for boards and project meetings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the collection and analysis of data for the DBV programme, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Chase, check, and analyze project deployment data provided by workstream/task group leads against the agreed actions and project schedules.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external providers and voluntary sector organizations.
  • Assist with the administration of the Local Offer website, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Provide general administrative support to the DBV Programme Manager and SEND Strategy Officer and wider team.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
