Job Title: Senior QA Engineer - Casino Management Systems

Job Summary:
Playtech is seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our Casino team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will oversee a small team of testers, ensure project deliveries and testing standards are met, and maintain an excellent understanding of product domain knowledge, architecture, and general functionality.

The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of IT systems, including Windows 10, web browsers, defect tracking software, and networking. Strong problem-solving skills, planning skills, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to learn quickly and work independently is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a small team of testers to ensure project deliveries and testing standards are met
• Maintain an excellent understanding of product domain knowledge, architecture, and general functionality
• Ensure implementation and testing of comprehensive test plans, strategies, and methodologies for all released software
• Work with Business Analysts and Developers in reviewing user stories, identifying gaps in requirements, and providing accurate story points for QA
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of testing processes and results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall quality

Requirements:
• Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Windows 10, web browsers, defect tracking software, and networking
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues independently
• Very good planning skills, including the ability to manage your own workload and priorities
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers' technical and testing teams, and external testing laboratories
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
