The Role
We are seeking a Senior Case Handler to join our busy and fast-paced team in central Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling your own case load, focusing on complex or non-standard cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own cases, prioritizing complex or non-standard cases.
- Regularly communicate with your Team Manager to ensure updates on case-related issues or questions.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced case handler with a background in a regulated environment. Ideally, you will have experience in conveyancing or have checked freehold and leasehold titles, reporting issues to clients and drafting documents.
Working Hours and Location
Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm. Our office is located in central Bristol, with no car parking available.
Salary
£25,400 per annum.
