About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Restructuring Lawyer to join our thriving team at Irwin Mitchell. As a key member of our Restructuring and Insolvency team, you will play a vital role in advising clients on complex corporate restructuring and insolvency matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, including advising on restructuring plans, insolvency procedures, and debt recovery.
  • Work closely with our team of experts to provide comprehensive advice on corporate and insolvency law.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice to meet their objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of our Restructuring and Insolvency team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth and excellence.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Restructuring Lawyer who has a clear enthusiasm for this area of law. You will have a strong track record of advising clients on complex corporate restructuring and insolvency matters, and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE and be qualified as a lawyer either via the traditional SRA route or CILEX. You will also have demonstrable technical experience gained in Corporate, specifically across restructuring and insolvency matters, or in Commercial Litigation, specifically across insolvency matters.

You will be able to assist across multiple cases, maintaining attention to detail and providing a seamless service to clients. You will also have an aptitude for business development and a passion for growing strong client and referrer relationships.
