Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Corporate Lawyer to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a key member of our corporate law team, you will provide expert legal support and advice on complex corporate transactions and restructurings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal support and advice: Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients, including advising on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.
  • Build strong client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored legal solutions.
  • Supervise junior members: Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, providing guidance and support to ensure they develop the skills and expertise needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Business development: Identify opportunities for business growth and development, working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our services.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate law, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Skills: Strong commercial approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
