In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies that meet and exceed business requirements, while managing supply chain risk and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements. You'll work closely with suppliers to assess trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop strategic sourcing options to deliver best value.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement category strategies that drive improvement in commercial and contract performance.
  • Profile and research supply markets and suppliers to assess trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and recommend strategic sourcing options, tactics, and implementation plans.
  • Manage supplier selection, tenders, and contracts to ensure best value is delivered.
