UK Conservation Project Manager

">About the Role

We are looking to recruit two UK Conservation Project Managers to join our team and help deliver a transition in the way we use natural resources to ensure maximized delivery for people, nature, and climate by 2030.

About the Job

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing programme and grant management support for a portfolio of grants and contracts focused on wholescale pilots. The role involves working with cross departmental internal teams and delivery partners to deliver against our strategy, sharing learnings with and learning from the WWF global network.

Skill Requirements

  • Experience of managing large programmes including budget and stakeholder management and monitoring and evaluation of programme delivery against a Theory of Change and associated outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing & interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally, experience of working with UK granting processes and procedures including with central and local Government.

Benefits & Location

The salary for this role is £37,581pa. We also offer a full benefits package including:

  • Annual leave starting at 26 days a year, rising one day each year to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays.

This role is hybrid and you will be required to be in the office 20% of your contracted hours. The job is based at our UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey.
