We are seeking a talented Paid Social Associate Director to lead a dynamic team for a prestigious global luxury watch brand. This role is based in London, working with international markets to deliver cutting-edge social media strategies, drive innovation, and ensure excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the social strategy, activation, and performance across multiple channels and markets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as a main point of contact.
- Oversee a team of paid social professionals, ensuring high-quality output and professional growth.
- Guide client strategies and identify innovative solutions to drive results.
- Manage team performance, coaching, and appraisals to foster development.
- Collaborate with media partners to secure maximum value.
- Contribute to leadership initiatives and help shape the future of the business.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and other social platforms.
- Experience leading teams and managing multi-market campaigns.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with social strategy development and tools like Sprinklr.
- A background in new business pitches and driving commercial success.
