Paid Social Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Associate Director to join our team at Publicis Media. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, buying, and managing all aspects of day-to-day activation to ensure excellence is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver best-in-class activation for paid social campaigns across multiple markets
- Manage budgets for specific lines of business and campaigns
- Produce and oversee direct reports' reporting and commentary to ensure effective performance review and clear next steps for performance optimisations
- Provide timely campaign activation and optimisation excellence
- Solid experience within paid social
- Experience planning, managing, and activating large-scale brand and direct response campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of Facebook family of apps, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Familiarity with the principles of common attribution models, understands the current industry challenges around measurement
