Business Development Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at SolviT Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the CNC machining industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive growth and revenue
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
* Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
