We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead Engineer to join our Accessories Design Team at Triumph Motorcycles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and approval of all Accessory or OE products for which Accessories have Design Team responsibility, for multiple motorcycle models.
The Project Lead Engineer will ensure delivery to the time, cost, quality, and specification constraints within the NMIP framework, both directly and through your allocated Design and Senior Design Engineers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design, development, and testing of new accessories and OE products
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through a customer-centric approach
- Maintaining excellent working relationships with all project stakeholders
