  • Provide personalized case management services to clients, turning assessment recommendations into practical action plans that fully involve the client.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships to support clients throughout their recovery journey.
  • Develop a deep understanding of relevant legislation, including welfare benefit and housing laws.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to adapt to new situations.
  • Good understanding of the complex issues faced by homeless individuals and the ability to manage complex behaviors.
