Wolf Healthcare Birmingham are seeking experienced support workers on behalf of our client - a growing provider of Children's Residential services with 2 wonderful residential homes in Redditch.

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic team players to join their existing team in looking after children and young people from traumatic backgrounds. You will be part of a skilled and dedicated team to develop and support children and young people towards positive outcomes and to go on to live happy and fulfilled lives.

**Children's Residential Support Worker - Redditch**

**ESSENTIAL Requirements**:

- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS certificate is required
- Must be over the age of 21
- QCF L3 CYP Workforce qualified is desirable
- 2 Years Experience in similar setting
- Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-in’s
