Job Description:
  • Receive, sort and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Booking and logging all outgoing couriers
  • Scanning items to email and use of the X-ray machines for goods-in
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Keep mailroom clean and tidy at all times
  • Comply with all Health & Safety procedures
  • General administration

Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience working within a mailroom
  • Good organisation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing

We offer:

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
