About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Compliance Analyst to join our team at InfoSec People Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and driving our data governance and data management agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on data management best practices, including data governance, data security, data quality, and data loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with data standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of data standards and policies, ensuring they are aligned with global and regional policy frameworks.
  • Analyze processing and control activities, identifying areas for improvement and developing remediation plans.
  • Design and implement controls and monitoring assurance plans to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain governance records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data management, risk management, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data security, data quality, and data loss prevention best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
