Job Title: Data Compliance Analyst

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Compliance Analyst. As a key member of our InfoSec People Ltd team, you'll play a crucial role in driving cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring our company remains ahead of the curve.

About the Role:

As a Data Compliance Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing specialist advice on projects and business change activities to ensure alignment to our Data Standards. You'll work closely with our Risk & Governance teams to develop remediation plans and monitor progress to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on data management best-practice, including data governance, data security, data quality, and data loss prevention.
  • Contribute to the ongoing adoption of our Data Standards by business stakeholders and influence the maturity and accountability of compliance to the Data Standards across the company.
  • Analyse identified processing and control activities at a thematic level and work with the Risk & Governance teams to develop remediation plans.
  • Create and maintain the Controls and Monitoring Assurance plan with clear metrics to demonstrate progress and drive required outcomes.
  • Own and create the governance record keeping improvement plan and the deployment of enhanced operational controls.
