Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our Construction team at MWH Treatment, based in the Thames Water region.

As a Site Manager, you will report directly to the Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager and be responsible for leading and directing the site team to ensure the safe management of all operational activities on all projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population and the travelling public.
  • Managing, supervising, and mentoring the site team.
  • Adopting and maintaining cost-conscious management through efficient use of resources.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating realistic scheme programmes.
  • Ensuring method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, and briefed.
  • Providing "as constructed" records to the CDMC for inclusion in the Health and Safety File.
  • Attending training associated with Site management duties.
