Job Details

The Sisk Group is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale projects, with a strong focus on commercial and construction management. The role will involve working closely with the commercial and construction teams to ensure successful project delivery, while maintaining relationships and maximizing commercial returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing tenders, analyzing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.
  • Managing and reporting of forecasts, target, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, assisting in the site records & document control
  • Liaise with & commercially influence/challenge site management team whilst maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlement
  • Manage & oversee AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off SMM/measurement issues

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in build projects
  • Experience working on large Hosital/Health care scheme (ideal for one of the projects)
  • A relevant 3rd level qualification
  • Experience in report writing, forecast planning and engaging with clients and senior leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
