About the Roles

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our care teams in Suffolk as Residential Care Workers. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to residents, assisting with daily tasks and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and social activities.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless support for residents.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Must be a caring and patient individual with excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience in a care role is welcomed but not essential.
