About the Role

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of high-quality care services, ensuring that our standards of excellence are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing effective care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Managing and motivating a team of care professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care services.
  4. Conducting regular quality assurance audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Providing expert guidance and support to care staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
  • SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare or equivalent qualification.
  • SVQ in Care Services Leadership and Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant experience in care management, preferably in a community care setting.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
