Legal Support Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Support Assistant to join our client's busy and dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth operation of the office and the delivery of excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners, including diary management, document preparation, and audio transcription.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and knowledge of billing systems.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients, providing a professional and proactive approach to supporting the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Legal Support Assistant role.
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office and billing systems.
- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
