About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Mentorship and Support Professional to join our team at Minstead Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the futures of young people with learning disabilities. With a focus on personal development and in-placement support, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our beneficiaries. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying work goals and supporting individuals to gain relevant skills and experience, building relationships with local social enterprises and employers, and providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of assessment and training tools, and a proven track record in coaching/mentoring or supported employment. We welcome applications from candidates who share our commitment to empowering others and creating positive change. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
