Overview: Our Bright Horizons JW3 Finchley Road Day Nursery and Preschool in North London is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Room Leader to lead our nursery team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and be able to deliver exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

Salary: £29,031 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience)

The Role: As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional care and education. You will ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas. You will also develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet the individual needs of each child.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification. You will also require previous experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, or similar. Sound understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
